• Arrival & Departure: Please plan your trip according to the check-in time, which is 3 pm. On day of departure we ask you to leave the room before 11 am.
• General information for your booking: all rooms are equipped with a Flat-IP-TV, high speed Internet, phone, radio, safe and hair dryer. Allergen free rooms upon request and availability.
• All rooms are non-smoking rooms: In case of non-compliance with the smoking prohibition, the following night after your day of departure will be charged to your bill as well, as we will not b able to rebook that room immediately as a non-smoking room. We ask for your understanding.
• Vacation at hotel Alpenhof: Specific rooms or floors can not be promised firmly. In case you are allergic, please inform us before your arrival. On request we also offer allergic linen, allergic-friendly / hypoallergenic hard or soft matresses or pillows, etc. Diets according to allergies can be offered, such as gluten-free or lactose-free meals.

• Credit cards: EURO, MAESTRO, VISA
• Prepayment: Please check the detailed information concerning your booking prepayment conditions.
  

• If you need to depart prematurely, or in case of cancellation, the regulation of your booking confirmation apply.
• Travel cancellation insurance: we recommend concluding a contract of a travel insurance

are allowed if registered before arrival.

Per dog per day a fee of EUR 25,00 without food will be charged. Big dogs as of request only (please bring your own blanket or dog bed). Charges of ordered food will apply according to the order.

We ask for your understanding that some rooms and suites are not allowed for dogs. Moreover, no animals are allowed in the spa area, at the restaurant or at the lawn for sunbathing. We reserve the right to invoice any final cleaning that may be required.

• Prices: all prices are in EURO including the Alpenhof lavish breakfast buffet with homemade and regional delicacies, free entry to the Alpenhof Design Spa and free of charge garage parking.
• Local Tax: A local tax of EUR 2,10 per person per night will be charged separately (from the age of 15)

• Children price reduction: At two full paying adults and only sleeping in the suite of parents.
• A children's play area is available to our small guests.

• Reserved daybed at the pool
• Also included: Flachau Summer Card with a lot of attractive reductions and offeres, as well as the offered summer activities with guided bike tours, hiking tours, and many more…

• Skipass: ski passes are not included in the price of the room. Ski passes from 1 day to 8 day tickets can be ordered at the reception.
• New Years: Obligatory New Years surchage of EUR 150,00 per person. This includes the New Years gala dinner, a bottle of champagne and wine for each booked room, as well as a New Years party and much more
